This is the first of the season gathering with a friendly communal vibe and intimate atmosphere here in Todos Santos. Desierto Azul is teaming up with guest chef and cookbook author Robin Goldstein from Ojai, California.
Chef Robin, through her living and travels abroad, brings an extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on spice and flavour. Couples that with a passion for fresh, organic, local ingredients to create a unique experience one-time only dinner and cooking class.
All meals are gluten-free and lactose-free and incredibly delicious!

An intimate, 12 guests max, 3-course meal featuring Mediterranean-inspired foods with a healthy twist, hosted under the shade of our cooking studio terrace.

Learn some tricks of the trade and inspired kitchen wisdom from Chef Robin as we host an intimate 2-hour cooking demonstration with tasting, at our kitchen studio, 8 participants max.

About CHEF ROBIN
Robin Goldstein is a California chef who works her culinary magic by combining unique flavors and seasonal ingredients with classic techniques. Her ability to create consistently successful food experiences has been gained from cooking and tasting for many years inspired by her extensive travel and working around the Mediterranean.
Chef Robin’s cooking career has been centered in California, where she has been preparing food for private and celebrity clients for 35+ years. In addition to her culinary skills, she brings to the table her recipes in 3 cookbooks and her profound art of balancing flavors while interacting with her clients in their homes. An avid lover of fresh organic local ingredients firmly rooted, Robin lives in the Ojai Valley overlooking majestic mountains and surrounded by nature that Ojai is famed for.
